Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

What You Can Return or Exchange

  • We accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags still attached.
  • Returns sent without an approved return label will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic Returns

  1. Request a Return: Email us at contact@soulmatesdress.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number, SKU number, and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label within 1-2 business days.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Fill out the Return Exchange Request Form included with your order and place it in your return package. Attach the prepaid USPS Return Label.
  4. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at any USP Office.
    • A $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
    • If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please choose a courier service with tracking capabilities.
  5. Return Deadline: Your return must reach us within 10 days of the Return Label issue date.
  6. Exchanges: We’ll ship your exchange as soon as it’s available and email you the tracking information.

International Returns

  • Follow the same steps as Domestic Returns.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping charges, including duties and taxes.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receiving your return. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Refunds

  • A 10% restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund, except for exchanges or returns for store credit, which have no restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account due to varying processing times by payment providers.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We’ll arrange a replacement or, if unavailable, help you select another item.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy, but we monitor returns and may refuse future orders if items are returned repeatedly.

Important Note

We only process returns for items purchased through our online store. Items bought from department or specialty stores must be returned to the original place of purchase.
